My life is so different now that I’m a dad. I’m beginning to learn some parent lingo.  Before I had kids I never understood the language that parents use.  For instance I now know that there are different types of naps: “a good nap”, “a short nap”, “too long of a nap” and “missed our nap”. I also have grasped the concept meant by the words “doesn’t travel well”.  Before I had a kid I never understood what “pick your battles” meant. Now, I get it.  The mysterious “teething” process is no longer a mystery. (By the way–when do we finish getting those?) I have also noticed how much I look like a dad now.  I am always prepared and I carry that BIG bag. I don’t go anywhere with Aas without diapers, wipes, toys, books, snacks, extra clothes, pacifiers, blankets, car seats, booster seats, strollers…. the list goes on. I need a pack-mule when I have my son with me !  The music in the car has even changed! And I gotta tell you, it ain’t good.   When I see these changes I just smile. They don’t bother me like I thought they would.  I’m a dad–it’s worth it!

I can’t decide if this is awesome or a horrible travesty.

Antoine Dodson, this guy, became famous for saying that “they rapin’ everybody” on a local newscast.  He is now a Halloween costume.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked, “Hey Dino, when is Steven Seagal going to put out a reggae song filled with sexual innuendos?”. Seagal’s street team constantly bombards my email with requests to play his #1 smash hit “Strut”. Here you go world.

By the way, the woman singing with Steven Seagal is Lady Saw, who you may remember from the No Doubt song “Underneath It All”…a step up, if you ask me.

Definitly still a fan, but the rapping by Mr. Shue or any of the white guys…it’s gotta go.

Actually, Dr.Kevin Keller at Upstate plastic Surgery did it.
Two weeks ago, I had a breast reduction and lift.
Hawk and Tom call it a crime against nature.
I call it wonderful.

I am not sure what it will all look like yet.
Dr. Keller says it will take a few weeks for things to settle into place.
I do know that I am already so happy with the changes!

I knpw that plastic surgery isnt for everyone. I have confidence in my doctor and his wonderful staff. And, after trying workouts and nutrition plans,there are just some areas that wont change with diet and excercise.
So, I decided plastic surgery was the route to take.

I was out of work for just 5 days. I feel pretty much up-to-speed now..just 2 weeks after the procedure.

it is a decision that requires thought and 2nd opinions,so, good luck if you are choosing the same option..

I am looking forward to getting back to ultra-fit and really seeing the difference that workouts and diet will now have on my new look!
